At FARMA DORSCH, we carefully select packaging designed to protect our formulations, ensure precise dispensing, and maximise product usage. Many of our cosmetic products feature airless packaging systems that minimise the formula's exposure to air and promote more hygienic use.
Benefits of Our Airless Packaging
Airless packaging systems minimise the formula’s exposure to air and prevent direct contact with the product during use. This helps preserve the integrity of the ingredients and maintain the cosmetic product’s properties.
Our dispensing packaging allows users to dispense the right amount of product with each application, ensuring convenient, consistent use and helping to make the most of the product, right down to the last application.
We continuously strive to reduce material consumption and make our packaging easier to recycle. Whenever possible, we choose recyclable and mono-material packaging solutions and use FSC®-certified cardboard sourced from responsibly managed sources.

Our cosmetic products are available in different packaging formats to suit the specific needs of each formulation: airless bottles, airless jars, and airless tubes. Each format is carefully selected to ensure maximum product protection and an optimal user experience.
HAIR CARE LINE
BAG-IN-BOTTLE SYSTEM
The shampoos and conditioners in our hair care range feature an innovative Bag-in-Bottle system. The product is protected inside a flexible pouch housed within the outer bottle.
As the product is dispensed, the inner pouch gradually contracts. A small opening at the base allows air to enter only the space between the pouch and the outer bottle, enabling the product to be dispensed without air coming into direct contact with the formula.
THE OPENING AT THE BASE IS PART OF THE PACKAGING DESIGN
The opening at the bottom is not a defect and does not indicate that the packaging is damaged. It is essential for the Bag-in-Bottle system to function correctly and is present in both our shampoo and conditioner packaging.

Frequently asked questions about our packaging
The opening at the base is part of the Bag-in-Bottle system and does not mean that the product is open or exposed to the outside environment. The formula is contained within a separate flexible pouch. As the product is dispensed, the opening allows air to enter the space between the pouch and the outer bottle, without coming into direct contact with the formula.

At FARMA DORSCH, we are committed to using mono-material packaging to make recycling easier. Unlike other packaging formats that require their different components to be separated, our packaging can be disposed of as a whole, once empty, in the appropriate recycling bin.
