COMO SE UTILIZA

Tomar 2 cápsulas al día, preferiblemente por la mañana, durante los meses de mayor exposición solar (mayo-septiembre). Se recomienda iniciar el tratamiento 4-6 semanas antes de la exposición solar para obtener el máximo beneficio. Los complementos alimenticios no sustituyen a una dieta equilibrada y variada.
